As a CFO Consultant, you may be responsible for the planning and execution of all strategic and tactical finance and administrative activities of the Client, including but not limited to budgeting, forecasting, and negotiations. CFO Consultants are also responsible for effectively managing relationships with all stakeholders.
As part of the Client's executive management team, the CFO Consultant interacts with various members, both senior and junior. The CFO Consultant is responsible for:
- Providing leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team
- Providing strategic recommendations to the CEO/president and members of the executive management team
- Managing the processes for financial forecasting and budgeting, and overseeing the preparation of all financial reporting
- Advising on long-term business and financial planning including matters of cashflow and profitability
- Establishing and developing relations with senior management and external partners and stakeholders
- Reviewing all formal finance, HR and IT related procedures
