Location: Hybrid preferred w/ 1+ days per week in North Attleborough, MA; Open to remote candidates in select US states (MA, TN, OK, MD, NC, TX) or the Philippines
Pay Range: $10–$25/hour DOE; in compliance with all local wage laws.

Mighty Financial is on the lookout for an experienced Executive Assistant who will support the President in a proactive and timely manner. Join a high-impact, people-first team at Mighty Financial. You’ll manage calendars, communications, projects, and more in a fast-paced, remote environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Email and Communication Filtering: Regularly check and prioritize incoming communications to ensure the CEO addresses only the most critical items.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and organize meetings, ensuring they are necessary and productive.
- Calendar Management: Maintain a clear and organized calendar, balancing work and personal commitments.
- Travel Planning: Arrange all aspects of travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
- Event Planning: Organize and oversee corporate events, ensuring they align with business goals and the CEO's availability.
- Financial Monitoring: Keep an eye on expenses and budgets related to the CEO's activities and office.
- Project Tracking: Stay informed about key business projects and deadlines to advise and update the CEO as needed.
- Time Management: Continuously look for ways to make the CEO's schedule more efficient.
- Networking Coordination: Manage contacts and networking opportunities, aligning them with business priorities.
- Personal Appointments: Handle personal appointments to ensure a balanced lifestyle for the CEO.
- Confidentiality Management: Safeguard sensitive information, ensuring privacy and security.
- Task Prioritization: Regularly assess tasks and priorities to align with the CEO's strategic goals.
- Team Communication: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other staff members or departments.
- Feedback: Gather and relay relevant feedback to the CEO for informed decision-making.
- Reporting: Produce reports for the executive, based on historical references or research, as requested
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address potential issues before they reach the CEO, ensuring smooth operations.
- Document Management: Maintain and improve digital filing system.
- Represent the CEO: Attend meetings and take notes in their absence.
- Sales Operations: Draft sales proposals for leadership review and help maintain integrity of sales pipeline via Hubspot.
- Additional Support and Collaboration: Assist other employees as per the executive’s guidance.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring)
You are an Experienced Executive/Administrative Assistant OR future Entrepreneur/Operator seeking unique experience and opportunity to build something in a low-risk environment.
- Available to work 9AM - 5PM EST and after hours as needed/required from time to time
- 3+ Years Experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a similar position (ideally with someone in Dan Martell's Elite Leadership program)
- College degree preferred
- Excellent verbal communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, etc.) and familiarity with other relevant software and tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting.
- You’re thoughtful, reliable, and you get things done.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and software quickly.
- Strong work ethic and impeccable character.
- Bonus: Experience with various SMB software including: HubSpot (CRM), Teamwork (PM), QuickMail (Email Automation), FreshTeam (ATS), Slack (Chat), & QuickBooks Online(GL).
- Bonus: Experience working in a virtual/remote environment.

Work Hours and Compensation
- Bonus: Basic understanding of bookkeeping, accounting, and FP&A for small business.
- Part-time or full-time may be acceptable. The ideal candidate may be interested in a part-time role (20 hours per week) that ramps to full-time (35-40 hours per week) after successful completion of a 90-day initial term.
- The Executive Assistant must be available during US East Coast normal business hours (9AM-5PM EST). Some flexibility to accommodate the executive team’s needs outside of these hours is greatly appreciated. This position is eligible for overtime pay per federal and applicable state laws.
- Gross compensation of $10 to $25 per hour paid on our normal payroll schedule for hourly employees (bi-weekly) in arrears, pending timesheet review and approval. Final pay is state-compliant and may be adjusted based on location.
- Performance-based reviews conducted annually.
